Who Wagent is designed for
Wagent fits coaches and consultants who already receive inbound enquiries and sell through a conversation, application or consultation. You supply the offer, eligibility criteria, tone, approved answers and handoff rules. The setter works from that configuration; it does not create demand or guarantee sales.
It is less useful when you have very few enquiries, an unclear offer, or a process that needs specialist human judgment in almost every message. A coaching sales inbox is different from an enterprise helpdesk or an outbound calling operation.
Current capabilities and boundaries
| Area | What Wagent does | What to check in your setup |
|---|---|---|
| Channels | Inbound Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram conversations. | Connect and test each account separately. Identity and history across channels should not be assumed to merge automatically. |
| Voice input | Transcribes incoming audio into conversation context. | Test accents, background noise and the formats your prospects send. |
| Voice output | Saved exact recordings and configured generated voice replies. | Set up your voice with permission, define when to use audio, and verify delivery on your connected channel. |
| Images | Uses visual context from incoming screenshots and photos. | Ask for clarification on unclear images; an image is not proof of payment or a diagnosis. |
| Qualification | Uses your instructions, offer information and conversation context. | Define the criteria and exclusions. Review exceptions. |
| Booking | Shares the configured Calendly link; confirmed bookings can sync into Analytics. | Connect the correct event type. A sent link is not a confirmed booking or an attended call. |
| Control | Live inbox, pause AI, human takeover and configurable reply delays. | Test takeover before launch and assign an owner for escalations. |
| Triggers | Responds to inbound conversations. | Native comment-to-DM campaigns and cold prospecting are not the core Wagent offer. |
Self-serve and Managed plans
Wagent self-serve costs €279 per month after the seven-day free trial. Managed costs €979 per month by application and includes the product plus help mapping your process, building and testing instructions, ongoing adjustments and a monthly performance review.
Managed does not include ad management, outbound prospecting or a guaranteed number of appointments. Review the pricing page and checkout for the applicable billing terms.
What you need before going live
Prepare an accurate offer description, price rules, booking link, fit criteria, common objections and the situations a human must handle. Connect a channel, configure the setter, then run controlled conversations before expanding to more enquiries.
- Start with questions you can answer confidently from your actual offer.
- Test text, voice, an image, an unsuitable lead and a request for a human.
- Check the receiving inbox and booking integration, not only the generated response.
- Keep instructions updated when your prices or offer change.
