Start with your actual coaching offer
A strength programme, a running membership and one-to-one habit coaching need different qualification questions. Tell the setter who the programme is for, the time commitment, what is included, the price rules and which enquiries must be reviewed by you.
Use Instagram as the entry point if that is where people already ask about your content. WhatsApp and Telegram can support clients who contact you there; ask the prospect before moving a conversation to another channel.
A fitness-specific qualification sequence
Ask only for information relevant to deciding whether to discuss the offer. Avoid turning a sales conversation into an assessment of a medical condition.
- Goal: what the prospect wants coaching to help them do.
- Routine: how they currently train and what support they already have.
- Practical fit: available time, equipment and the programme format they can use.
- Readiness: whether they want to start soon or are gathering information.
- Next step: explain the consultation and share its link when appropriate.
Voice and images need context
A prospect may send a voice note about their routine or a screenshot of the programme they are considering. Wagent can transcribe incoming voice and use image context to continue the conversation. Configure generated voice replies or saved recordings if audio fits your communication style.
An image does not establish health status or programme suitability. Instruct the setter to ask for clarification when a screenshot is unclear and to bring a human into questions outside the offer information.
Launch with a small reviewable inbox
Test a suitable lead, an unsuitable goal, a price question, a voice note and an explicit request to speak to you. Make sure the setter knows the correct consultation link and that you can pause it.
During the pilot, record qualified attended consultations and the time you spend reviewing conversations. This workflow is an example for configuring Wagent, not a claim that fitness coaches achieve a particular uplift.
